Please help as I am being charged by Global Health Store for Thermothin Plus tablets without my consent. On two occasions within 7 days totally over £100 the company have persued my bank account taking out money for a product that I have not ordered. This scam only asked for Postage and Packaging on a free trial basis and after receiving the first package I thought that was the end of it, however, to my dismay and after looking into the company in further detail it has become apparent that GHS neglected to say was that they would continue to take money out of my account over and over again!
After calling the Bank to cancel and access my rights to a refund they said that they couldn't help due to me giving my details initially. The Bank have said that they will be notifing GHS of my cancellation but this will take 31 days and in the mean time GHS can continue to take payments from my account and there is nothing I can do about it!
I am completely at a loss with this situation as I have been unable to contact GHS to cancel my order nevermind persue a refund! Your assistance in this matter from anyone out there would be greatly appreciated!
