I bought my 2 year's membership of 360Share Pro about 6 month ago. It was working fine until today - when I click on the icon, the program just doesn't download.
Ideally, I would like to be contacted by the company to advise me how to restore the program to its working condition or replace it with the working one. Failing that, I just want the balance of my membership money back.
