I ordered an AB KING PRO for our son via the TVSD website using a debit card, in early July. We received an email from TVSD dated July 13th to say that the shipment was due to be sent to us that day, but there would be a delay of 10-12 days. It finally arrived on August 4th.
I am very unhappy. The packaging and the item itself are labelled as “AB KING MAGIC PRO”. This is contrary to the description on their website. Your website purports this to be an original AB KING PRO as per the TV. It is described on their website as being reduced from £99.99p (the price of the original one) to £49.99. The images they use are again the official AB KING PRO images. The manual which came with the item gives every appearance of being the original, but there are no patents or copyrights which indicates that this is a copy. Also the DVD again has no signs of being original and appears to be a cheap pirate copy.
For these reasons I am extremely unhappy because this item is not as described on their website. I am therefore pursuing a full refund plus postage costs in accordacne with The Sale Of Goods Act (1979) and The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
