Paid for another year AVG renewal on 1 November. it wouldn't install and my computer failed to function. After multiple attempts contacting AVG, they eventually attempted to re-load without success. I wasted countless hours trying to repair my p.c and talking to their technical staff.By December, I asked for a refund which they refuse on the basis that it was over 30 days since paying for the product. It is now the end of January. I have needed to purchase a new computer as a result. WARNING to all AVG subscribers - if it doesn't work, it will damage your hard drive and you will get no satisfaction from AVG
