Shocking Customer Service

Tried to cancel my subscription with AVG, initially they were very helpful - your refund will be with you in 7 - 10 working days. BAH!! That was a month ago, I have since been told that they cant refund to paypal because it was over 60 days since the purchase (this is their fault if they had sorted it in the beginning it was only 32 days after the purchase). Tried to get a BACS payment, this has never turned up and the last correspondence I received from them was a week ago requesting my bank details. I have tried to complain using the management link on the AVG website - they obviously don't care either. Not sure where I stand now - obviously AVG only care about you until they have your money, once they have it they disconnect their customer services completely - no phone numbers get answered, no emails get answered, even complaints get ignored.

My advice - DO NOT BUY AVG THEY ARE WEASELS
