Uying a bed from the web site

Bought a bed on the web site on 27/07/09 using my credit card. The payment was taken but on 30/07/09 had a phone call from Asda saying that they had made a mistake and that the bed was no longer available for the price I had paid. They offered me a refund or as a 'gesture of goodwill (!!! ') I could have a 20% discount off the bed at the new price. When I told them I had actually paid for the bed at the advertised price they said that they didnt have to honour my purchase and told me to look at the disclaimer on their website. There is indeed a disclaimer, but I think that because I have paid for the bed at the price it was advertised at then I should get it. I had an email from them on 30/07 telling me that the order has been cancelled, but my credit card company says the money was taken on the 27th but there has been no refund. Anyone else had a similar problem?
