Driving Theory Test

As of yet neither myself or my daughter have received any response to her request to book a driving Theory Test except an initial message to say no date is available and she would go on a cancellation list.
My daughter thought she was booking her Theory Test direct with DSA and that it actually cost £62 it was only when she spoke with her driving instructor that she realised that an actual test only cost £31.
At that point I went back on the site and was astonished to find in small print and after several steps at 1.1 5.1 and 6.2 details about admin fees. I contacted them pointing out that my daughter is Dyslexic and not knowingly booked with them her driving Theory Test when infact she thought she was booking direct with DSA and that she had nievelly not realised about any charges.
I requested a call back on TWO occasions and as of yet I have heard nothing.
I asked them under the circumstances could they please consider as a gesture of good will returning the £32 fees to my daughter.
Again we have geard nothing it is not acceptable that they give no phone number or email address.
