Non-delivery of Sofas

In February of this year we purchased two sofas from Harveys the Furniture Store in Poole, Dorset. We were told they would be delivered in February and here we are at the end of June over four months later and we still have not received them. I consider this fraudulent practice as Harveys have taken our money but not delivered any goods.
