Collection of items to be returned

I ordered a wadebridge dining set and side board from the mark Webster furniture range at Debenhams Liverpool 1 store on 2712/16. Due to mistakes made by the store mixing up my order I am having to return the above items. Although I told Debenhams a fortnight ago that I wished to return the items. I am still waiting for an appropriate collection date to be arranged. I understand it is up to the manufacturers 'mark Webster designs' to arrange collection and that they have been asked to organise this.
