I have been playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 for a number of hours now making it the the in-game rank of 12, and improving the games experience for myself. However when I wake up and come back to the game all my classes, ranks, pins etc. have been reset back as if I had just turned on the game for the first time. I looked around online to find if it was just glitch happening to me, or other users, to find out it was a regular occurrence, to find many threads about the same problem linking back to 2008 when the game was first released! I am appalled that after around 2 years this game still cant fix this problem. Further more as I searched how to complain to EA, I found they were refusing to accept any complaints, which is just not fair towards us, the faithful buyers spending £30 on a game, enjoying it for a long period of time just to have it hit us in our faces and not care. This will undoubtedly affect sales on their up coming game Battlefield 3 and I would like to see some response towards this matter.
