After shopping online at asda on the 2nd february 'i received my delivery of shopping the following day .the amount was £48.84 £4.50 delivery charge.this was taken from my bank account .then on the following week it was taken again ' i phoned asdaand told them that they hd taken the amount from my bank account twice 'after realising that this was their mistake 'they then told me that i would have the money back into my account within 7 to 10 working days .i complained about this as i informed the customer service person that i was on benefits and he said read our terms and conditions 'also there was no apology from them
