Dear Sir / Madam,

I've brought a box of meat balls in tesco and tonight I have just cooked the pack and there was some bone in the minced meat.

..its cracked from the surface of my tooth, to the root.

On the box, there is NO mention of bones, there is no warning

Is just ridiculous.

I would like to report this case and what if someone cooked this for a child, this may chok a chld.

Please advice, I would like to statemennt about this case

Regardless of whether its tooth or bone, the manufacturer has a duty of care to you, and if it was bone (unless there is a warning on the box saying there may be bones that could cause you to choke) they have still been negligent in that duty.
