Ive been with B.A.Y.V for 6 years now and thought thier service was pretty good, first a T.V payed, then had a dryer payed and then the washing machine was still paying for 2 years until today i realised thier error so im not paying any more, they still expect another year of payments i laughed at them the jokers . so i calculated the items and the years and whatch this for a fuck they wont sort out, washing machine £350, £7oo pay in 3 years i pay them £88.00 every 2 months since oct 09 till now =968.00 and there is another year of this to pay. im not paying them i will laugh them out of court they owe me! also the 3rd year i had a stereo they came 2 weeks early for payment but i get payed monthly and ive never ever missed a payment because i was £28.00 short and didnt get payed for a week he took my stereo in his car and went. so i phoned B.A.Y.V they told me he done wrong and they sacked him good ridens. here is some good advice if your desperate for something you need off them keep your eyes open on your total because they never send you any statements you can ring them and they will make up a total for you.
P.S the collectors are polite and respectable thats all i can say is good
