I went to Overclockers.co.uk thinking they were specialists. BIG MISTAKE.
They are unable to put a PC together properly and, when it inevitably goes wrong, they've proved themselves completely useless at solutions.
My "Ultima Viper" PC has crashed/blue-screened on a regular basis since I bought it (voltage problems, apparently) and despite going to the hassle of returning it, problems remain. It developed a loud squealing noise but instead of diagnosing it they just changed the power supply (£75) then returned it. The second I turned it on the squeal returned. Quality!
By a scientific process of elimination (poking with my finger) I determined that the noise was actually coming from a cooling fan (£10).
The monkeys at Overclockers kept procrastinating until the guarantee ran out and now I have a pile of junk on my desk instead of a top-flight PC. It is just a matter of time before it goes out of the window.
If you want a properly-configured computer with half-decent service, DO NOT buy from these jokers. They honestly haven't got a clue.
