Charged but without delivery

I have been cheated of NOK437 (approx. USD50). the order has not been delivered more than a week after the due date. Despite repeated complaints, there was no response from the company. After an email to cancel the order was sent, I got an immediate response saying the order has been delivered. The response was from a Jamez Clark, Manager Sales & Marketing, Tel : 1-567-258-0682. The number is fictitious. After a very nasty email from me, I got an anonymous response saying the information has been passed on to the complaints department. that was on 1st Sep. Tday is 6th Sep, and there has been no response from the company.

The website has no telephone numbers, the chat line is never available and the skype contact is fictitious. I don't want to spend more money on stamps writing to what I think are fictitious addresses in the US, UK and UAE. A search on google only shows a residential house there. If any of the readers are close to any of these addresses, I shall be obliged if you would check it out and drop me a line on [email protected].
