Some of the staff in the Redcar store need training in ways of talking to customers and rudeness.They seem to think they can spend time talking to each other at the counter rather than serving.It is the older members of staff.Today there was nobody serving.I lady at the counter was taking on a phone.The other was looking through a pile of letters.She said I won't be a minute.She was longer than this as others joined the queue.She served us making no eye contact and proceeded instead to talk to the first lady about the phone call.When I said loudly how rude she did say sorry but then just handed me the change.She didn't ask if I wanted a bag etc.Her people skills are nil
