Ordered a skylander case 2 weeks ago from play.com, and it has been listed as "awaiting stock" on my order details page ever since, and yet when you visit the main website, the item is still for sale, but now listed as "in stock" BUT at a higher price. The complaints form on the website conveniently doesn't work and the only phone number listed is a premium rate number. Excellent. So, bets on when my order will actually arrive, if at all?
