Looked through there catologue had aprx 20 kettles slowly disgarded one by one because out of stock in the end they had two i could make a disscion on one was for 54.00 the other i chose for 24.00 so this is were the con begins there telling me what to buy, anyway took it home it took an eternity to boil much slower than my old one which i might add iam still using so i took it back there was a couple allready arguing with the returns person when i got there and then i explained my case he took the kettle and i was waiting for 20 mins they dealt with 3 other complaints in that time inthe end he comes back yes its working fine after argueing with him and his manager i came to the con clusion i have been ripped off so i have this kettle sittig in my cuboard until i give it a way its only 24.00 but its the way they treat you so the MORAL OF THE STORY IS GO TO A SHOP LIKE JOHN LEWIS AND GET TREATED LIKE REAL CUSTOMMER
