My dad Purchased 2 Morphy Richards kettles from one of the shops in Durban for my mums and my birthday, and thereafter passed away.
We have noticed that both of our kettles are leaking. I have contacted Yuppiechef, since they seem to be an agent for Morphy Richards but they couldnt assist and advised me to contact Creative Homewares. i emailed creative homewares and sent a pic of the kettle, they came back to me and said it was not their product. My dad paid about R500 for each kettle, and as i told caitlin at Yuppiechef that that amount was a lot for a pensioner to pay.
Can someone please help me?
