I wonder if you can help. I have clearly made a mistake buying this product (x iPod nano 5th green-8GB (nano5th/8G/green) = £69.00) from what I believed to be a genuine Apple store. The actual debit from my account was £71.51The product has been sent from China, It has previously been used and I thought I was getting a new one, it is feeble in condition, makes a continuous grating noise and when I have tried to put some music on it has come out in a foreign language. The keys don’t work properly and it doesn’t charge well. I bought this as a present and feel really let down and disappointed and I would like to be able to return it and have a full refund. Please can you advise me of what to do?
