My boyfriend has been paying his insurance premiums for at least 3 years, and the insurance enables him to cancel his contract early. Having been to the carphone warehouse to process this, he shortly recieved a letter to say the claim had been successful and that he was able to cancel his contract early. There was a system error at the carphone warehouse when we went the 1st time, and we were told it must be an IT issue, 4 weeks later the geek squad insurance company admitted the problem was their fault but it still hadn't been resolved, to make matters worse the carphone warehouse now wanted an extra £120 for the phone that was originally free, as we had been waiting so long the tarriffs had changed. I fail to see how that is my fault!!! Needless to say 5 weeks later this problem is STILL not resolved so we have been scanned out of a hell of a lot of insurance premiums for absolutely nothing... useless company...
