WE PURCHASED A TEKA DISHWASHER WITH OUR KITCHEN IN SEPTEMBER BY THE NOVEMBER IT HAD TO HAVE A REPLACEMENT CONTROL PANEL WE THEN HAD ARUN FOR A FEW MONTHS AND THEN THE PUMP HAD TO BE REPLACED, THEN WE HAD ANOTHER PUMP REPLACED IN TWO AND A HALF YEARS WE HAVE HAD 5 THINGS REPLACED WE ARE NOW OUT OF WARRANTY BUT TEKA SAID IF IT WAS THE PUMP THEY WOULD REPLACE IT BUT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE CALL OUT CHARGE OF 69.00 WHICH WE WERE LEFT WITH NO OTHER CHOICE TO DO, THE ENGINEER CALLED ON FRIDAY HE LEFT ME WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY HUSBAND TO PUT DISHWASHER BACK IN PLACE, WHICH WHEN HE WENT TO DO THERE WAS TWO BOLTS UNDONE AND THEN WE WENT TO USE IT AND GUESS WHAT IT DIDNT WORK, WE ARE ABSOLUELY GUTTED WE ARE STRUGGLING FINANCILY NOW AND CANNOT KEEP DOING THIS, I HAVE CONTACTED TEKA SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE BEEN FOBBED OFF WITH SOMEONE SAYING THEY WILL RING ME BACK, WHY SHOULD THIS COMPANY GET AWAY WITH THIS, THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN FAULTY FROM THE START AND WE FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE HAD A REPLACEMENT THE FIRST TIME IT WENT WRONG PLEASE CAN YOU HELP US WITH THIS MATTER, THANKYOU
