No reply from Gear4 (Disruptive UK) about parts

I bought my wife a Gear4 HouseParty SmartDock which has been giving problems when connecting to her iPhone4. On inspection i found the terminal where the phone connects to was loose and all the soldered points were not making contact. I tried several times to contact the manufacturer/distributor, but have to date not received any reply from them. I requested the specific part but it seems that this company is not willing to help with SERVICE.
