I tried to unlock my Samsung mobile phone with mobileunlocked.co.uk
Unfortunately it did not work and I requested a refund.
7th Oct - Payment was made via PayPal
I was then informed that the unlocking process did not work. I wrote to mobileunlocked.co.uk from a different email address to that which I used for paypal. This email was ignored.
23rd Oct - Again requested refund, this time from my paypal address.
24th Oct - Email from Customer Service confirming that they had received my email of the 23rd and that the refund would go thru within 28 days of the 24th Oct.
20th November - I wrote to enquire about the refund. This email was ignored.
9th December - I wrote to enquire about the refund. Again ignored.
10th December - Again enquired. Again ignored.
At each step I wrote to [email protected] and [email protected]
Unfortunately too much time has passed so I can not take this up with PayPal. However I will now be taking this up with Barclay Card.
I am happy to provide any extra information that I need to - however, they already have all my information about 4 times!
