Ignoring a customer request who asks identifying the date of manufacturing of a Bourjois corrector despite prvoviding all details and photos
This is a complaint about Bourjois representatives attitude towards customers who ask for additional information about a particular product. Bourjois representatives just do not answer to none of my 5 emails I've been sending ( which I can forward you in case you request). All I wanted to know was when the corrector was manufactured. I wrote the batch code, the bar code, I attached photos of the product just to get the answer from the manufacturer but all I got is that Bourjois is ignoring me. The main problem is that the beauty store "Ici Paris" in Tbilisi, Georgia, supposedly sold me the expired eye corrector but when I returned it, they told me that they won't give me refund because of their internal regulations which don't allow them give refund to customers. I needed an official answer, a proof from the manufacturer (Bourjois) that this particular product yes was outdated and old and the store do not have the right of selling it. The "support" I received from Bourjois was even worse than the attitude from the local store. They both deserve each other but why should I lose money, I don' t understand honestly.
