Contacted play to cancel my order and asked for refund for my order last dec 30 it's now middle of march and still no refund! i've been calling them every week and they have given me diffent reasons every time i call them. they don't have any complaints route and you have to contact their customer service in the philippines who doesn't seem to know what they are talking! anybody know how to contact their head office?
