Ordered 2 products, one being Android Tablet but after inspecting products, decided to send back; cancel order and request refund. First email was replied to by a James who advised of address to send back to, which was Bournemouth. After this my emails; ticket threads were not dealt with. I then got an email, after sending so many, from James assuring me that I would get my refund and that it was passed to their "accounts dept". This was months ago, I still have had no sign of my refund. They have had plenty of time to deal with my issue. I saw this message board and I wondered if anyone knows their new address so that I can begin small claims court process. They have recently moved premises from what I read on their website. Can someone advise of this and also if anyone has a telephone number. I would really appreciate any new information. On website recently, they put statement of apology & that they are not crooks(!) & that they will deal with all outstanding issues. It appears that they are aware of complaints. Unfortunately, though, email I sent other week has again not been replied to. And still do not have refund. Grateful for any advice given.
