Asked for an upgrade from THEORDER.CO.UK. they sent me my Razar Motorola... It wasnt working-not charging..I returned it, to be sent the same phone (i put clear film on back of phone) back to me still NOT WORKING... i HAVE PAID THE POSTAGE... nothing said about refunding my money... now I have to return the same phone, ...I DONT WANT ANOTHER MOTOROLA, I WANT TWO LOTS OF POSTAGE OF MY MONEY SENT TO ME WHICH, 'the order' owe me... I will get in touch with TRADING STANDARDS if this is not sorted!!!
