I hate firms who have all the glossy stuff on the internet who take your money and then fail to deliver. I ordered trainers for my son-in-law's Christmas and to date they haven't arrived. I have been trying (without any success) by telephone, and through their customer help desk and still I cannot get answers as to the likelihood of my receiving these items. Today I have written a letter which will be sent by recorded delivery. The money came off my credit card as soon as the order was placed and now if Wearoffyoursandals do not respond I will no doubt go through an even lengthier process of retrieving my money.
