Ripoff

I have been scammed by MoreThanTraffic. However, I have sent the $169. for one website to receive advertising. How can I get my money back? I sent the funds in a Western Union Money Order, I have the money order receipt. Is there anyway the money order can be traced? If anyone has a clue, please let me know.
