MORETHANTRAFFIC.COM with a UK address are/were an online company trading in the UK as well as the USA and possibily in other countries.
Everything seemed legitimate, an account no was given, one could check one's progress online as to what they were doing.
The goal as advertised was to provide quality traffic to one's website (s) within 68 days to the tune of $100, 000 within 4 months, which did seem rather high but if one could achieve the half of that it was still worthwhile.
Their cost for their software and set up was per website, declining slightly if more than one website.
I placed 3 orders (April, May, June), each for 3 websites.
Needless to say there was NEVER a delivery of traffic.
The cost was GBP247.00 each time-total cost GBP741.00.
Emails sent would usually be answered, which made it seem all the more legit.
By the end of the year as several messages of delays in the deliveries promised were posted on their website, delays due to whoever having sabotaged their work, etc... stating they had to start all over again; at some point they indicated they were not taking any new orders, then they did mentioned if anyone should wish a refund to complete a form online.
Below is what is presently posted on the site:
"Thank you for visiting the More Than Traffic web site.
Unfortunately, due to this site being taken offline at core level on the 19th November it will not be functional like it was again. Instead we are declining new orders until we have delivered to our existing ENTIRE client base. Simply put, we are not taking any new orders. MTT is very sorry if this inconveniences you. MTT cannot refer any other similar supplier as we are unique.
MTT has been waiting to load your member area and reinstate your usual service as a client/affiliate however has experienced many delays with their old server company since the 19th of November.
Now from the 10th December (now we have been provided with an up-to-date backup by our old server company) we can now offer login facilities for all our clients and affiliates. To login and track your account, please click the client and affiliate login link at the bottom of this page. Under these emergency circumstances you may find errors in your member area which need to reported and fixed.
This will not affect any deliveries scheduled for existing clients as our delivery software is still functioning correctly although it is running late due to the problems recently experienced by MTT.
MTT will try and keep you up-to-date regarding your account and its delivery or relevant delays.
MTT apologises and asks affiliates and clients to be extra patient until it has delivered in part or full.

On Dec 19, I finally decided to cancel and request a refund (9 months has elapsed by then)-This cancellation was acknowledged and despite reminder emails and letters, I have to date not seen one penny back.
I am quite sure nothing will be paid back to me and that the whole set up was a scam and that the said webmasters such as Simon Baxter have more than one name and all the money paid to them by customers must be long gone wherever.
I will however say that payment was made by cheque so possibly traceable as to whom it may have been paid to.
I really could do with this money back. Thank you for any help you may provide.
