Multiple outstanding CCJs. Numerous complaints against them - Trustpilot. Left a leaking boiler, which did not leak before

Multiple CCJs outstanding, numerous complaints online-see Trustpilot, amongst others. Promote, from £70, on their website. Came to fix the boiler, left it with a leak they got paid approx £400. Numerous calls, failed engineer visits, now refusing my call in regard to a promised refund, by Scott Hall, their Manager. Not been actioned. Raising a CCJ - but as a limited company, the MD Stuart Hall and other owners/shareholders, are unaffected. How is this company allowed to trade and be a member of the Gas Safe Register...??
