I went to Karparts to get a new headlight bulb for my volkswagon polo and the chap in the shop fitted it for me. At the time he said he struggled with fitting it and was a job to fit the bulb in and he did seem quite heavy handed. I didn't think much of it at the time however I have today gone for my mot and my car has failed as the person fitting the bulb has done too much damage to the unit and has not fitted the bulb correctly! As the mechanic said "it looks like someone has taken a hammer to it in order to fit it". This will now cost me £100+ to get the unit replaced and has cost me more expensive with been unable to use my car for a couple of days and having to make alternative travel arrangement! I will NEVER use Karparts again!
