My late fater and I was scamed into buying 2 offplan apartments in the Lakesview resort turkey. (Roughly 2 years ago). My father placed the initial deposits plus 30% upfront and the remaining 70% on completion. Unfortunatley my father past away in January and I am at a loose end. I have tried numerous of times trying to get some aanswers from MRI, the aftersales team and also legel independance and yet I have heard nothing. I feel physically sick knowing my fathers hard earn money has fallen into the hands of conmen and I may never see it again. Apparantly they are trying to negoiate with the developers to transfer both deposits onto 1 but I have heard nothing for months and am not holding my breath. Is there anyone who can give any advice on this and is there anyone who has brought on the Lakesview resort? Thanks Ben [email protected]
