We were given a hard sell into purchasing a furniture package in Dec for an apartment in Bansko which we have not been able to complete on due to the mortgages being stopped in Bulgaria during this recession, hence we have not been able to get back the 50% deposit paid for Three Mountains apartments but also MRI have not given us a refund and we have even sourced storage for this furniture pack, but MRI dont reply to emails or our constant phone calls.
Has anyone taken this via a legal route as we would like to get a solicitor involved to try and get our money back.
