Storm heating = rude /unprofessional customer service - incompetent engineers

Engineer came round to check out what was wrong with the boiler. First commented on the make of the boiler and lack of its qualities. Then kept asking which information I had read online and what the error code related to.

Eventually said that needed to order spare part.

Spare part supposedly arrived on a Friday to be installed on Monday.

took Monday off as storm heating can only tell you on the day if it s going to be a am/pm appointment. Got call on Monday that they could not find part.

Got another call on Wednesday that they now found part and would be ready to install on next Friday after 5 pm.

Engineer never arrived and nobody bothered calling to advise what would happened.

Customer Service Dep called on Monday for pm appointment. No mention why engineer did not show up on Friday pm. My mention that in the (very cold) for more than 7 days with two kids was simply ignored.

Engineer was supposed to turn up between 1pm and 6 pm. Called at 4.30 pm and was assured that engineer would turn up between 5pm and 6 pm. No engineer, no call. Called Storm Heating again after 6 pm to find out what would happen. Was advised quite rudely that pm appointments go on until 8 pm (amazing how these things can change...).

Still waiting. Still no call from the engineer...

AVOID STORM HEATING... TIMEWASTERS
