I had a new aerial and box fitted in October for £125.00. The following week I was unable to get bbc channels and in less than two weeks I had no satellite readings. On ringing the company I was told that a fitter would be out during the first week but he didn't come. I have had many subsequent phonecalls with the company. I speak to the same operator each time who when he is at his best, will promise me that someone will come out (yet no- one has come back to the house to date) and when he is at his worst is rude, sometimes aggressive, unhelpful and on Monday put the phone down on me when I asked for his name. Frankly, I believe I have been missold equipment and am appalled that the company will not return to fix an aerial fitted 4 months ago. I have not been able to watch my TV for 4 months and wish for some compensation from the company. I will be sending this report to head of office in the Aerial 1 Corporation and am now inclined to take this further in order to properly publicise the mistreatment I have suffered.
