Not being able to play the game I paid fo

I am not able to play the game that I bought with my hard earned pocket money. Ultimately I am not able to play the game because Steam (Server Provider) is not working. Unfortunately they have given me no help apart from an error message saying 'unable to load library steam' and am given no help or direction from there.

I have been cheated out of my money for something that doesn't work and am sad because nothing in modern society will be done to correct this.

What a time we live in when consumers buy things with their hard earned cash and the government is suprised that we have no confidence in the products we buy.

Nothing is ever simple.
