Edwin Coe brought a meritless and Vexatious piece of litigation against me for allegedly defaming its client Equita Ltd, Trying to claim £100, 000 now Solicitors need to be very careful in the fact that writing and saying something is defamatory when it is not.
The lawyer from Edwin Coe LLP Mr Neoclis Neocleous and yes that’s his real name not Nick he is certainly one for saying that something is defamatory but then does nothing about it. They have hired a Barrister by the name Mr Gwydion Hughes (1994) I should be proud that Edwin Coe think I am so much of a problem to them
In relation to webhosting most of these companies will pull the plug on your website in two seconds at the potential of getting done in a lawsuit. Edwin Coe had that opportunity to do that when they falsely claimed I was defaming there client,
Unfortunately for Edwin Coe now it is impossible for them, I own my own servers that is what BadBiz is on. The website is not defamatory and I would challenge any lawyer in the land on those words.
The fact is Edwin Coe LLP through its lawyer Neoclis Neocleous brought a Vexatious claim against me purely to subdue me from making complaints about its client Equita Ltd a bailiff company from Northampton who also has falsely tried to claim £176 from me through speculative invoicing.
They said the words on the Guilty party’s website were defamatory of their client, but amazingly their client already lost in court for forcing their way into someone’s home. Edwin Coe LLP allegedly a top law firm, takes on claims from Bailiffs, come on, do bailiffs have good reputations?
Edwin Coe tried to claim £100, 000 from me and lost this was in their backyard in London now imagine it like this, me being the litigant in person taking on the might of Edwin Coe is much similar to that of a non league football team playing in a Cup Tie against a Premier League team. Edwin Coe LLP lost the home game and now they have to play the away game in Newport. If you compare this they are signing up some star players to try and win.
Neoclis Neocleous did little or no Internet research and either lied about a page on the website saying it had my company name on it. Or simply was not smart enough to understand what is called a hyperlink to another website.
My Internet research probably brought this man in the 21st centaury as he even then claimed to have Expert Internet people, which again through all his confidence and letters trying to get me to stay the proceedings along his lines managed to get a very sharp response from me.
As far as I am concerned anyone that tries to bring a claim without merit like they did should face the same scenario.
I wonder sometimes if Mr Neoclis Neocleous actually has conscious, imagine if he had a daughter and that daughter was threatened over the phone by a bailiff company that she is going to lose all her toys because they are going to come and get them because her dad was stupid. What would he have done in that scenario? I doubt he would have paid the bailiffs anyway.
Me as a mere man protect and nurture my daughter even though I am disabled myself I will protect my family, my name and my freedom of speech to the death. I wonder for one minute had Edwin Coe been able to see into the future whether they would have actually took this claim on in the first place. They are currently at a place where they have no choice but to defend to the maximum their side of the story but they should have continued that claim, purely so that I could clear my name. I finish up with my belief.

Look at the negative descriptions of the enemy and their behaviour. Look at their use of repetition and how they play both sides of the game like a double agent would do in war.

I believe in getting what is rightfully mine and help others to get what is theirs. It is not as hard as you would think, if you apply yourself correctly. The people who know me well will vouch for that.
