Hachette Partworks
Failue to dispatch part works Agatha Christie

I subscribed to the Agatha Christie part works and Hachette publishing deducted the funds from a debit order on my account. When I failed to receive March's monthly parcel I had to phone to find out what had happened and I was told the SA Postal Strike caused the delay. I phoned three more times because the books still hadnt arrived, to be given the same explanation. So I finally contacted the SA postal services who told me that the strike had ended FOUR DAYS BEFORE the date the company told me the books had been dispatched. The strike ended on 14th March and the books were only dispatched four days later) So Hachette's representatives ****.

Now they are trying to tell me SA postal services must then have 'lost them'. Note THEY take no responsibility whatever for the problem.

I have cancelled my subscription. They clearly ****. I have also not received April's books, which they claim to have sent. So presumably the SA postal service have 'lost' those too!!!
