By listing the price as so " 3 year unlimited VIP Membership for only £25.95 (with a horizontal line through the middle of the latter price.) the advert goes on as so, £5.97/year". This gives the impression that I can buy the download of the Nero 9 programme for £5.97. When I realized my error I applied to the above mentioned company for my £25.95 back under their 7 day money back guarantee, but only received an email from the company instructing me how to download and operate the Nero 9 disc burning programme.
As a 77 year old pensioner I find this firms attitude, with regards to returning my £25.95, is quite appalling.
