Faulty material on boots

I purchased a pair of grey boots code L8757 have worn them five or six time the sole and heel on the left boot has started to disintegrate, the material just crumbles and the heel is breaking up. Very disappointed as I have purchased your products before and been very pleased.
would appreciate your comments on this.
