To make a very long story short. I found a deal on craigs list for a dell laptop. The seller claimed she couldn't use it in the UK due to the differences in electric voltage and plugs etc. She already had another one and this one, which was brand new, was just sitting there not being used and she just wanted to get rid of it. She had pictures of it and the specs and all. She wanted to ship through TNT. I've heard of them before but never used them so I went to their website and checked out everything. Everything looked legit. So I sent my money via western union wire. They even sent me back an invoice with a link to track the status of my shipment. It read Pending/ Awaiting payment confirmation. I noticed on the invoice though my address was wrong and attempted to contact someone. I received no response within a day. I decided to go onto the website directly and try and search. Nothing was to be found. It was then that I realized that I was duped. Too late though. They already got to my money. Now I'm just trying to stay positive about the whole thing. Hopefully we can catch these people before they strike again.
