A significant amount of data was erased by their system and despite many emails their customer service replied once with a generic message and did nothing to assist or resolve and restore my company files. I would have liked to move to another provider but it is made impossible. Took eight months to upload all the data and would take another year to get it downloaded back due to their user unfriendly interface.
