Payment without authorization

I took this out for 12 months in 2006

since then regular payments have come out each year since

TWO payments on the same date

to DRI*TOOLS.COMCD0613

I would be extremely grateful if these monies

could be put back into my account straight away.

I am an OAP and struggle to survive on my pension,

without having to put up with things like this

especially as two payments have been taken out each year.

Making con tact with my bank to complain about this

told me waht do do and to contact them if nothing happens

to rectify this.
