This company took funds from my account with the promise of a loan. When I called for a refund they said papers were in the post. That was a week ago and no post. When you ask for a refund they tell you that you have to write to their customer service dept. In the meantime I went overdrawn at my bank plus the money(£50) they took was the payment for my mobility scooter, leaving me behind on their acc also. I am an oap and registered disabled and now I have a broken ankle and my fridge/freezer has conked out so this money has left me worse off. How dare they take advantage of elderly vulnerable people. I wont let this end. I, m writing to everyone who will listen including national newspapers my MP and all websites who deal with you. I promise I will not let this end until the return of my money plus compensation for my stress and upset and for not being able to feed myself properly because no money in my bank who have also complained.
