After noticing that my credit card had been billed twice when I confirmed my reservation at the Manorpark hotel website, I explained this matter to the reception as soon as I got there, with a copy of my bank statement. I also sent them an email, with the same copy. I was promptly promised a refund after a delay of 5 working bank days.
It has been more than 3 weeks now, I have absolutely no sign of the refund and the hotel has started to simply ignore my emails. It is very disappointing to see how the Manorpark hotel treats its customers, given that this overcharge issue was entirely a problem of their website.
