Goods not as ordered

I purchased a pair of ugg boots from the above website advertised as genuine ugg boots from Australia. On arrival from China they appear to be fake with immitation fur inside and too big, altough I have tried on other genuine ugg boots and fitted perfectly. Tried to contact inorder to return. Eventually received email saying unable to return because order was fulfilled. This is not what I ordered.

I paid by credit card which is listed on statement as "Your Trendy Store"
