I recently purchased a 350 xl cartridge for my printer.
I got a message saying cartridge missing which it wasn't.
I removed the cartridge several times and eventually I got a message telling me the cartridge had failed.
Unfortunately I cannot return the cartridge so I appoached HP asking for support in this matter.
I was told I would have to pay £13.50 to speak to someone! On a £17 ink cartridge!
Is this how HP treats it's customers.
If either the cartridge or printer have failed in such a short period of time then perhaps I should buy a new one.
The Canon sales person almost swooped on me in the store.
