Dear sirs,
I am making a complaint about the above company who sell uggs. I have recieved the first pair, but too small. I have requested the address to return them, but they will not send it me. I also ordered a second pair, which they say, there was no order, but the money has been taken out of my account. They say no money has been taken out, but I have proof on my statement, and proof of their confirmation of the second pair of uggs.
